The Candidate Matches section can help recruiters determine how relevant a job order is to their work.
The section appears below the job order description and shows the number of candidates in the recruiter's database that may match the job order, based on search terms provided by the job order poster.
Promote your job order
Specifying search keywords can help promote your job order. Search results are visible to recruiters who browse your job order, and Commons will use these results to notify recruiters when a job is a good match for their database.
You can specify search keywords when posting or for existing job orders by clicking the pencil icon in the Candidate Matches section. Use the same keywrods you'd use in your own database. Avoid being too general or too narrow. You can use boolean keywords just like you do in CATS.
